Maintaining and regularly servicing your equipment is essential to keeping your system running at an optimal level.

Cleaning the unit and changing filters is a great way for a homeowner to contribute to the maintenance process however this can become a hassle.

To reduce the hassle United Garibay offers a preventative maintenance visit that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Checking the system for oil, refrigerant leaks and compressor operating pressures.
  • Inspecting the gas components, where applicable.
  • Inspecting and lubricating the motor & blower shaft bearings.
  • Checking belts; adjusting the fan drives and pulleys for proper alignment and tension. (There is an extra charge for equipment and labor when the belts are changed)
  • Inspecting electrical components and connections.
  • Replacing 1" disposable and/or cleaning permanent air filters.
  • Inspecting indoor and outdoor coils. (There is an extra charge for coil cleaning)
